All little girls I know love bubbles and glitter. Ok, maybe us not-so-little girls do too!
I love this layout because the glitter on the Glubers is transparent much like bubbles would be. I also love that glitter on Glubers doesn't rub off, but stays put. It really is awesome!

To make this 15 minute layout you'll need:
1 sheet of patterned cardstock (I used Sweet Disposition)
1 rectangle of white cardstock (approx 4 x 6)
1 multi pack of Glubers
A couple tags, or cute cutouts (I used the new Summer Love / Sweet Disposition tag set)
Some string
A pen and/ or stamps (I used a Sweet Disposition stamp)
Glitter (I used Vintage Glitter from Sulyn)
Adhere your photo. Place your title on your white cardstock rectangle using stamps, pen, stickers or whatever method you prefer. Glue that in place.
Stick down your Glubers. Coat in glitter over a garbage can. Use a paintbrush to brush away excess glitter. I created highlights on my bubbles by using two different colors of glitter and carefully placing the lighter color first, then filling in with the main color.
Add embellishments and your done!
For extra pizazz and to bring your eye into the layout, I added a titch of glue to some of the corners of the layout and sprinkled with glitter.
